c. Voice Communication Data
- Voice chat is transmitted using secure third-party APIs like Agora

- Microphone access is used solely for voice chat functionality in real-time
d. Storage Access
- We request read access to device storage to allow you to upload profile photos and other media
- We do not access, collect, or analyze other files on your device
- Media files are only uploaded when you explicitly choose to share them

2. App Permissions and Usage
Mikoo requires certain device permissions to function properly. Here's how we use each permission:
a. Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO)
This permission is essential for the core functionality of our app:
- Used exclusively for real-time voice chat in rooms
- Audio is transmitted securely via encrypted channels
- We do not record, store, or analyze your voice conversations
- Microphone is only active when you're in an active chat room and unmuted
b. Internet and Network (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)
- Required to connect to our servers and enable voice communication
- Used to check network quality and troubleshoot connection issues
- Helps optimize app performance based on your network conditions
c. Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH)
- Used to connect and manage Bluetooth audio devices (headphones, speakers)
- Improves audio experience during voice chats
- We do not use Bluetooth for location tracking or device scanning
d. Audio Settings (MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS)
- Allows adjustment of volume, speaker/headphone switching, and audio routing
- Optimizes voice chat quality and reduces echo/feedback
e. Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE)
- Enables voice chat to continue when the app is in the background
- Shows notification when active in background for transparency
- You can always end the service by closing the app or exiting rooms
f. Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
- Used only when you choose to upload profile photos or other media
- We do not scan, index, or access other files on your device
- You can deny this permission and still use core app features
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve the functionality of the app
- To manage user accounts and allow group voice interactions
- To detect fraud, prevent spam, and enforce app rules
- To moderate chatrooms and respond to reports
- To process in-app purchases (if applicable)

- Google Sign-In: For account authentication
- Google Play / Razorpay: For handling payments

Deep Linking
Our app supports deep linking (from mikoo.live/app URLs). When you click such links:
- The app may receive information about the link you clicked
- This helps navigate you to the specific content you requested
- No additional personal data is collected through this process

Users must follow community guidelines. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or ban accounts that violate policies
